Heating Emergency Retrofit Task Weatherization Assistance Program (HEARTWAP), is a service offered through agencies which bring existing heating systems up to date by adding new burners, cleaning out, or heating system replacement. The household must be LIHEAP eligible in order to obtain services for HEARTWAP.
