Low-income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is a program that provides fuel assistance to low-income families. Our software — Liheap, is a solution for agencies to handle client information, vouchers, vendors, fuel types, payment information and much more. Send out notices to the clients and vendors to inform them of their eligibility; whether or not the client is lacking information on their applications. Liheap can even inform vendors of additions or changes to client’s eligibility. A Liheap user can also extract data from Liheap into functional spreadsheets that allows for various data manipulation and customized chart or graph creation.
HEARTWAP and WAP solutions are also offered at Community Software Group. These programs offered at participating agencies can become very cumbersome for tracking and organizing work orders, job completions, measures, and so on. Our integrated software can simplify these heating system and weatherization tasks into a few keystrokes and mouse clicks. With these solutions, the various tasks can be organized into a database to assist with vast amounts of information that accompanies these services offered.
Liheap is also integrated with our interactive voice retrieval (IVR) system. The IVR is an automated response system that answers up to four simultaneous phone calls from LIHEAP clients and provides information specific to the client or vendor that is calling. This can prevent becoming inundated with calls during the winter months. There is also capability for clients to be connected with representatives within the agency.
We value maintaining a secure environment for sensitive data, and have already taken many precautions to avoid unauthorized access into our entire software suite. We also provide the ability to hide sensitive information on report printouts and use the latest advancements in encryption for data transfers for all of our software programs.
