Octopia™
With Octopia™, the possibilities are limitless, whether your agency needs to have hard copies of aggregate data, specific programs or services, or a specific family or client. Print reports that are summarized data for your agency. We also follow many funding source specs such as HUD or other federally administered programs. We work closely with many state-level agencies and ensure reports accurately portray their specifications. All reports can hide sensitive data before being printed to avoid the printout getting into the wrong hands.
LIHEAP
Liheap offers many of the same report features as Octopia™ with a slightly different user interface. We offer client summaries, payment history, application response forms, eligibility letters, and denial letters, all with a single click on the intake form. To achieve statistical reports we offer and advanced certifications/clients search function that allows very detailed breakdown of all the possible search functions offered within the entire program by adding and removing wanted or unwanted column headers.
HEARTWAP
From Expenditure reports to contractor summaries to client reports, HEARTWAP is well-equipped to tackle most if not all of an agency’s needs. It can also create statistical reports on all of the services provided over a given period of time or based on funding sources or whether the expenditures have been reported to specified funding sources.
WAP
Aggregate building weatherization report (BWR), contractor contacts, inspections, residences and measures can all be printed specifically for WAP related records or summaries. More reports and printouts are coming soon and we accept feedback on existing reports to ensure your agency has what it needs.
