HUD Counseling information can be stored and analyzed in Community Software Group’s line of products and data repository. The mission for HUD is to empower families to secure affordable housing.
With our product, those families can be tracked and analyzed and to create reports for Local Housing Counseling Agencies (LHCA) and submitted quarterly. The HUD-9902 form and the XML upload (HUD CARS) are both generated by Community Software Group’s Octopia™ software. These HUD programs can be customized to suit many agencies needs; whether it be to track foreclosure prevention, rental assistance, down payment assistance, mortgage defaults or to track the outcomes of assistance provided.
