With our pre-assessment solution, programs can be located quickly to potential members of the household, without the need of tracking down each service and manually adding the information on each of the services offered. Referrals can be added and tracked to report on at a later date, or when the funding source requires it.
With Octopia™, a pre-assessment can be linked to the state’s centralized program and services list, and any appropriate programs will be discovered based on the initial Q&A at intake, which will allow for an immediate response to be arranged. At which point case management can orchestrate contact between the person and the agency or organization that offers the service.
