Community Software Group works closely with Community Action Agencies and CSBG State Administrators to fulfill the requirements in reporting for CSBG using Octopia™ Solutions.

Octopia™, allows the flexibility to track client information as a comprehensive case management tool as well as capture information from other data systems.
On the Agency Side: Our flagship product, Octopia™, is a multi-service agency computer workstation that solves the ROMA and CSBG data collection problem. A highly configurable and open system, Octopia™ enables program staff to easily collect, track, and report on client and family data across all agency programs while maintaining an unduplicated count of clients and their families. .
On the State Side: Our state reporting software manages interactive reports between sub-grantees and funding sources.
